Breakdance : Hollowback

HOLLOWBACK

In the history of breakdance, the Hollowback is one of the most advanced Freezes to date.

The Hollowback involves the breakdancer having a very flexible back and much upper body strength. Derived from the basic handstand, the legs will be stretched out while shoulders hyper-extend into the classic “C” shaped Hollowback position. This movement looks very much like a Bridge pose without your legs touching the floor.
