Breakdance : Headmills

Basically, Headmills are Windmills without hands. To keep the momentum of the spin, the breakdancer will use his forehead to push from the floor. The breakdancer will start in a basic floor pose (stab pose), and push through to a straddle position with his legs while spinning on the back, shoulders, and neck. After completing one full turn, the b-boy will then place his head on the ground to propel his body up in the air and skip his shoulder. From there, the breaker will be on his back to follow through with the remainder of the Windmill thus performing a Headmill.
