Breakdance : Floor Transitions

 

FLOOR TRANSITIONS

Floor Transitions refer to the movement that takes a breakdancer from an Uprock to a Downrock or 6-Step position. These movements have been named by Scotty Nguyen of Click2Dance to help beginners visualize these transitions. There are endless ways for a b-boy to get to a ground position such as uses threads, freezes, and power moves in which they are categorized as floor transitions.
