You will find that Back-to-Backs are basically multiple Kip Ups. A
breakdancer will begin on his back and by rolling to
his shoulders he will kick his feet in the air to
spring back onto his feet. From there, the b-boy will
jump back onto his hands bringing the legs over his
head and repeating the Kip Up motion.
The following are some fundamentals to master before
trying Back-to-Backs:
- Kip Ups
- 6-Step to Bridge Pose
- Bridges
Other variations of Back-to-Backs are:
- Head-to-Heads
- Straight-Legged Kip Up
- Head Kip
- No Hands Kip Up
- Hop Back to a Kip Up
- Rolling Kip Up
