Breakdance : Back to Back

You will find that Back-to-Backs are basically multiple Kip Ups. A breakdancer will begin on his back and by rolling to his shoulders he will kick his feet in the air to spring back onto his feet. From there, the b-boy will jump back onto his hands bringing the legs over his head and repeating the Kip Up motion.

The following are some fundamentals to master before trying Back-to-Backs:

  1. Kip Ups
  2. 6-Step to Bridge Pose
  3. Bridges

Other variations of Back-to-Backs are:

  1. Head-to-Heads
  2. Straight-Legged Kip Up
  3. Head Kip
  4. No Hands Kip Up
  5. Hop Back to a Kip Up
  6. Rolling Kip Up
